MISSIONS STATEMENT

Equipping organizations to teach biblically, and to reach evangelistically through sports.

Bible Believing

  • We believe in God’s inerrant complete Word, and we would never add to it or take away from it. The Bible is used in all of our instruction and teaching.

Community oriented

  • Our program is designed to encourage league leaders to be active in their community. This is accomplished by canvassing, recruiting, and training both players and volunteers.

Gospel Focused

  • Our primary focus is getting the gospel to children and their families. Our playbook is a vital tool designed to initiate interaction and conversations between children, their parents, and their league leaders.

Competitive Sportsmanship

  • We instruct children on how to be competitive whether they win or lose. Competition is a good thing, but society tells us that nothing short of winning is acceptable. Christ’s example teaches us that we can be competitive and still honor the Lord in victory or defeat.

What you must provide

– An open, flat, grassy area that does not have to be regulation size
– A league director, usually a youth pastor or other leader
– All coaches, ideally from the church membership

Other Important info

– Our experience indicates that soccer for ages 3-8 is the easiest program to run.
– The ideal league model is made up of 6 teams of 6 players each equaling 36 players
– Your program will last 8 weeks, with 1 week for registration and orientation, 6 weeks of regular season and an end season tournament in the 8th week.
– Choose fall and/or spring seasons
